The EP-100K is an optimized version of our best selling EP-1 expression pedal for use with the DryBell Vibe Machine.
The custom taper 100K potentiometer is designed to provide an ideal sweep for varying the oscillation speed of the vibe. By setting the Vibe Machines' internal jumper option, the expression pedal can also be used to control speaker acceleration just the way you would control a real rotating speaker cabinet.
Configuration is simple; just connect the EP-100K to the pedal input on the Vibe Machine with a 1/4' TRS expression pedal cable such as one of the Mission MCTRS cables, and go. Check out the video tab for a demo of the pedal in action by our friend gearmanndude.
The Mission EP-100k is finished in a high quality glossy red finish, and is the perfect way to recreate those authentic vintage vibe and rotating speaker effects with the DryBell Vibe Machine.
In October 2013, Drybell made an update allowing the Vibe Machine to also work with the Mission EP-1. If you have a Vibe Machine with a build date of October 2013 or later you can use the EP-1. The EP-1 has the advantage that it is compatible with a large number of other products too. Check the serial number of your Vibe Machine. Serial Numbers 703 and greater should be used with the EP-1. Serial Numbers 702 and lower must use the EP-100K.
